This package is perfect for couples who want the freedom to bring in their own vendors, décor, and vision while enjoying our full property and rustic-garden setting. Includes: • Full 3-day / 72-hour private venue rental • Exclusive use of Savanna Gardens at The Barn • Ceremony and reception spaces • Use of the barn, gardens, and outdoor gathering areas • Set-up and tear-down flexibility • Bring-your-own vendors (catering, bar, florals, etc.) • Parking for guests • Access for rehearsal, wedding day, and clean-up Price: $5,000 Rental Length: 72 hours This package is designed for couples who want to fully customize their wedding while enjoying the beauty and charm of Savanna Gardens. Dates are reserved after signed agreement and deposit. - Three-day rental: - Friday: Setup & Rehearsal Dinner - Saturday: Ceremony & Reception - Sunday: Cleanup - Full bridal suite with beauty stations, full bathroom, and kitchenette - Groom's room (1978 Airstream Argosy) - Three large lawn areas - Kids play area - Water fountain feature - Wood bar outdoor setup - Indoor barn space - Large concrete patio around the barn - Large deck in front of the Airstream - Full prop shed with wedding decorations - Multiple ceremony and reception locations The venue features hundreds of Japanese maples and beautiful trees, providing stunning scenery year-round. There are multiple areas throughout the property perfect for capturing breathtaking wedding photos. All details are up to you, including rentals, restrooms, coordinating, vendors, food, cakes, florals etc.
Cancellation Policy
Savanna Gardens – Booking & Cancellation Policy To secure your desired date at Savanna Gardens, please review the following booking and cancellation terms: Booking & Deposit • A tentative booking will be held for 14 calendar days. • A non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required within this 14-day period to confirm and secure your event date. • If the deposit and signed contract are not received within 14 days, the date will be released and made available to other clients without further notice. • Dates will not be held without both a signed agreement and deposit. Payment Terms • All bookings must be paid in full no later than two weeks (14 days) prior to your event date. • Payments can be made in installments if desired, but the full balance must be received by the deadline. • Late payments may result in cancellation of your event at the discretion of Savanna Gardens. Cancellations & Refunds • All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or physical letter). • The initial deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 60 days of the event date, regardless of reason. • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event will be released from final balance obligations, but the deposit will be retained. Contract Requirements • A signed rental contract must be returned within 14 days of booking. • If the contract is not signed within this timeframe, Savanna Gardens reserves the right to cancel the tentative booking and release the date. Additional Terms • Event insurance is required for all bookings and must be submitted at least 30 days before the event date. • Any significant changes to your event (such as guest count, timing, or vendor changes) must be communicated in writing and approved by Savanna Gardens in advance. • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
