This private three-day wedding weekend gives you time to settle in, celebrate, and enjoy the property without feeling rushed. Set across 18 beautiful acres near Murphys, the ranch offers charming barns, open fields, a winding creek, mature trees, and distinctive ranch structures that create beautiful settings for ceremonies, receptions, and wedding photos. Your package includes: • Full three-day private venue rental • Friday access for setup and rehearsal • Saturday wedding ceremony and reception • Sunday access for cleanup • Choice of ceremony and reception spaces • Access to the barns, creek, open fields, and designated photo areas • Three-bedroom Ranch House accommodations and studio pool house • Access to the pool and surrounding outdoor areas • Up to 200 wood-grain cross-back chairs • Round, rectangular, and cocktail tables • Luxury restroom trailer • Guest parking area • Freedom to choose your own caterer and wedding vendors • Setup and cleanup flexibility throughout the weekend Coyote Creek Ranch is a beautiful choice for couples who want a relaxed wedding weekend surrounded by rustic barns, open space, and the peaceful beauty of the California foothills. A signed agreement and nonrefundable deposit are required to reserve your wedding date. Couples are responsible for coordination, vendors, food and beverages, décor setup, cleanup, and removing all trash from the property unless additional services are purchased.
Cancellation Policy
Savanna Gardens – Booking & Cancellation Policy To secure your desired date at Savanna Gardens, please review the following booking and cancellation terms: Booking & Deposit • A tentative booking will be held for 14 calendar days. • A non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required within this 14-day period to confirm and secure your event date. • If the deposit and signed contract are not received within 14 days, the date will be released and made available to other clients without further notice. • Dates will not be held without both a signed agreement and deposit. Payment Terms • All bookings must be paid in full no later than two weeks (14 days) prior to your event date. • Payments can be made in installments if desired, but the full balance must be received by the deadline. • Late payments may result in cancellation of your event at the discretion of Savanna Gardens. Cancellations & Refunds • All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or physical letter). • The initial deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 60 days of the event date, regardless of reason. • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event will be released from final balance obligations, but the deposit will be retained. Contract Requirements • A signed rental contract must be returned within 14 days of booking. • If the contract is not signed within this timeframe, Savanna Gardens reserves the right to cancel the tentative booking and release the date. Additional Terms • Event insurance is required for all bookings and must be submitted at least 30 days before the event date. • Any significant changes to your event (such as guest count, timing, or vendor changes) must be communicated in writing and approved by Savanna Gardens in advance. • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
